Sometime in the 1980s, I attended a symphony concert in California at the Hollywood Bowl. During the symphony, I had trouble looking at the symphony because I was experiencing this dreadful feeling of dizziness. I had to look away to keep myself from falling over.

On and off after that, I kept getting dizzy looking at things at a distance. I didn’t know if the dizziness was causing bad eyesight or if the eyesight was causing the dizziness. So I ended up visiting an ophthalmologist.
He diagnosed me with nearsightedness and I ended up having to pay a few hundred dollars for glasses that were prescribed to me. I wore glasses for decades.
30 years later, I started studying NeuroMovement. During my studies, we were learning all sorts of movements to improve brain function and overall health. We learned that NeuroMovement works for everything and that the brain regulates everything.
So I figured it would work for my eyesight as well.
While practicing the movements during the lessons, I started bringing my awareness to what I felt with my eyes. The full body movements that I was performing are designed to improve everything within the body because the brain regulates everything.
8 months later, I stopped wearing glasses. I don’t remember a specific event because it was a more gradual improvement.
One day, I decided that I just didn’t need them anymore. It felt very liberating and empowering to not need something that had been a crutch all these years.
That was 10 years ago and I still don’t wear glasses to this day.
If you’d like to learn more about the science behind NeuroMovement and the movements that I used to help heal my eyesight, RSVP for my live seminar on January 28th.
